Returns & Refunds

RETURNS 
Our Returns Policy is in place on the date of purchase and extends for a 30 day period. Please note that if it exceeds the 30 day period, unfortunately we can not offer any Returns.

A few things to keep in mind when requesting for a Returns for a product that you had purchased from Noble and Co:
  • You will have to contact us via enquiries@noble-and-co.com
  • We require a receipt or proof of purchase
  • We would need you to state the reason for return
  • If faulty, we will need photo evidence of the item and a clear view of where it is faulty/broken
- Product damage due to negligence will void your returns 
  • Your item must be in the original packaging along with all the material, additional parts and documentation that were included when you received it.
- For any missing material, additional parts or documentations can void your returns

REFUND (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. 

We will notify you of whether your Return has been approved for your refund or rejected, outlining the reason why it was considered to be rejected.

If the Return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

LATE OR MISSING FUNDS  (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account or the payment method used to purchase the product.

For any reason that payment is yet to be received, reach out to your banking service or payment service provider to confirm.

*Note: It may take some time for payment of your refund to appear in your bank account or payment service provider account.

If all the above steps were taken and there is still no confirmation, please reach out to us at enquiries@noble-and-co.com to investigate the matter further for you.

EXCHANGE
We do not offer any exchanges, unless the product is faulty, then please adhere to Returns Policy Section 4, to which we will provide a full refund.

SHIPPING
To return your product, please mail your return product to: PO BOX 3107, Lansvale, NSW, 2166, Australia. All return shipping cost will be at your expense as shipping costs are non-fundable. 

Time to receive your return product may vary, depending on the location that you had shipped it from.

As we can not guarantee the arrival of your return product, we highly recommend that you use a carrier or shipping service that offers a tracking system to monitor your parcel or shipping insurance to cover lost or damage to your parcel.
